COVID 19 Policies

  • Please wear a mask throughout the duration of your appointment. If you do not have a mask at the time of your appointment we will provide one. For facial or massage appointments, your technician will instruct you when you can remove your mask.

 

  • We do not have a public waiting area. Please wait in your car and call the salon when you arrive for your appointment or if you are interested in purchasing a gift card or products.

 

  • During this time, we are not accepting cash. However, if you want to tip your technician cash that is more than welcomed, but we do not have cash in our drawers to exchange.

 

  • In order to book appointments, our front desk staff will ask for an electronic payment to put onto your file. We ensure your credit card safety, and this is only to enforce our touchless payment policy and our cancellation policy.

Refusal to follow our policies reserves staff the right to decline services.  We thank you for your understanding.

Our Service Guarantee

We guarantee all of our services. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our services, please notify us within seven days from the original hair service and three days from the original spa service.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are only valid at the location where they were purchased. Gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Lemon Water Salon and Spa, and they are reserved especially for you.  We understand that some schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore we request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive serves. Our providers are commissioned based so they do not get paid for their time here during a canceled appointment.  As a courtesy, we will text, email, or call depending on your preference at least 48 hours from your service appointments because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours, please understand that we reserve the right to charge up to 30% cancelation fee unless you rebook within the next few days. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your schedule services. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your products, simply return them within 30 days with the original receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the product when purchased. All makeup and tool sales are final.
